entree to Judaism registration

In her book, Entree to Judaism, Tina Wasserman poses some of the most important Jewish culinary questions: “Do you like your matzah brie sweet or savory? Is your chicken soup matzah ball or mulligatawny? Does your menu feature a cheese torta or a tofu salad?”

Our monthly sessions will utilize Tina’s cookbook to not only explore the Jewish diaspora but come to understands how our people and palettes have adapted to local influences and styles. Together we will prepare recipes and just like our favourite food delivery service, participants will have a pack of recipes and ingredients to cook at home. entree to Judaism runs on the second Thursday of the month, 7.30-9pm, starting 13 June and costs $36 including all resources for the program and take home pack.
